I don't know when I started turning my back on double chocolate cupcakes, but these beauties make me want to renew my love. I think its because I am anti-dark chocolate (no offense) and have had bad experiences. Double choco cupcakes always make use of dark bittersweet chocolate. But these are so obviously topped with a gorgeous milk chocolate frosting and that cake base looks oh so moist. Yum!
